When you contact Thrive Jade, you may choose to provide your name, email address and the content of your inquiry. If you create an optional account, we may also store your preferred name, saved pieces, bangle size and fit notes. We may receive technical information needed to operate the website and live chat, such as device, browser and approximate network information.

2. Optional customer accounts / 自愿创建的客户账户
Account authentication is provided by Clerk, including email verification and Google sign-in when selected. Clerk processes login information under its own Privacy Policy. Thrive Jade stores only the account preferences needed for this service in a Cloudflare D1 database. Browsing and live chat remain available without an account.

3. Live chat provider / 在线聊天服务商
Our live chat is provided by tawk.to. The tawk.to service loads only after you choose to continue. tawk.to may process contact details, technical information and chat messages in the United States and through its approved service providers. Please review the tawk.to Privacy Policy for more information.

4. How we use information / 信息用途
We use information to answer product questions, confirm availability, sizing and certificates, arrange private video viewings, provide service and protect the security of our website. We do not sell customer personal information.

5. Payments and sensitive information / 支付与敏感信息
Do not send payment-card numbers, bank details, passwords, Social Security numbers, passport details or government identification through live chat. Payments, when available, are completed separately through a secure payment provider.

Account preferences are retained while your account remains active or as needed for service and legal obligations. You may ask us to correct or delete your account data. Chat records are retained only as needed for customer service, transaction follow-up, security and legal obligations. You can decline the live-chat notice and continue browsing without loading tawk.to.

7. Security and international processing / 安全与跨境处理
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online system is completely secure. Because Thrive Jade serves international customers and uses Clerk, Cloudflare and tawk.to, information may be processed outside your country, including in the United States.
我们采取合理的管理和技术措施保护信息，但任何网络系统都无法保证绝对安全。由于 Thrive Jade 服务海外客户并使用 Clerk、Cloudflare 和 tawk.to，相关信息可能在您所在国家或地区以外处理，包括美国。
